Does ChirpChirp do laundry?

We don't wash and dry clothing but we are happy to take care of the folding, which, according to the Wall Street Journal and just about everyone we ask, folding is the worst part of doing laundry.

This is an Add On Service that is included in our ChirpChirp Clean package.

What will the cleaning pros do each cleaning visit?

We'll take care of the tasks in the package you choose each and every visit. If you want any additional tasks on some or all visits, let us know and leave the rest to us.

Does the first visit cost more than the other visits?

Absolutely not! At ChirpChirp, all visits cost the same, regardless of whether it's the first, second, or any other visit.

Is the first visit different from the subsequent visits?

Yes, indeed! The first visit with any of our packages comes with a special touch: we go the extra mile by hand washing all the woodwork during the initial visit. Washing the woodwork adds that extra touch of excellence to make your home shine. From the second visit onwards, you'll continue to enjoy the comprehensive cleaning tasks included in your chosen package, all while experiencing the high level of care and attention to detail that we're proud to offer.

What if I’m signing up for a Clean or Clean+ subscription but I want additional tasks on the first visit?

We understand that your cleaning needs may vary, and we've got options for you:

Is there a contract?

No, we don't have contracts. With ChirpChirp, you have the flexibility to cancel the service at any time before your monthly billing date, and you won't be charged any further. So, feel free to chirp in and out as you please.

Can I purchase your Chirptastic cleaning solution?

You could if you want to but you don't need to! We understand that there's always light cleaning tasks to be done in between our visits so we leave you with a complimentary bottle of our Chirptastic cleaning solution and we refill it every time we come to clean. It's our way of helping you maintain a clean home even when we aren't there.

What if I want the cleaning pros to use my traditional cleaning products?

We take pride in our Chirptastic products and have full confidence in their effectiveness and safety. However, if you have a specific cleaning product that you prefer and would like us to use in your home, just let us know in advance. As long as our cleaning pros can use it safely, we are happy to use it.

Can ChirpChirp clean if I'm not home?

Of course! We are more than happy to clean your home when you're not there. All we need is a way to access your home safely.

Many of our customers have a remote entry system or we can provide a lockbox for you to keep a spare key on your property, ensuring secure access for our cleaning team.

What is your guarantee?

At ChirpChirp, we stand behind our service with a solid guarantee: If, by any chance, we fall short of meeting your expectations, just let us know, and we'll make it right. Whether you want us to return and reclean, seek a full refund, or simply want us to know your preference for future visits: consider it done.

What happens if something gets broken during the cleaning?

The short version: If we damage something, we will promptly repair or replace it.

Will the cleaning pros arrive at the same time each visit?

Our dedicated teams are hard at work, cleaning several homes each day to bring a touch of cleanliness and chirping-freshness to your spaces.

Our earliest arrival time falls between 8-8:30 AM, and we go from there with arrival windows depending on travel and cleaning times.

For our ChirpChirp subscribers, we offer a convenient 1-hour arrival window, so you know when to expect our visit.

For Chirp+ and Chirp customers, you have the choice between AM and PM arrival times to fit your schedule.

To make your experience smooth, we are happy to send you a text the day before, providing a 2-hour arrival window and an on-the-way text to keep you in the loop.

Do your cleaning pros speak English?

English is not the first language for many of our cleaning pros, but we make sure they have all the necessary information to provide the service you desire.

When do I pay for my subscription?

We bill your credit or debit card once a month. The first payment is charged at the time of booking to secure your service slot. After that, subsequent charges occur on the same day each month, making it easy to keep track of your payments. To keep you in the loop, we'll send you a friendly reminder about a week before the next charge, so you're aware of the upcoming transaction.

How do I reschedule a visit?

Simply contact us with much notice as possible for priority rescheduling on an available date.

What if I want a single visit?

If you're looking for a single visit rather than our subscription service, we have a perfect solution for you! We'll set you up with our sister company, Maid Brigade, who will take great are of your one-time or on-call cleanings. What if I want to skip a visit?

You have the flexibility to skip a visit when you need. Do keep in mind that the visit is already paid for as part of your subscription so we recommend that you reschedule the visit for a more convenient time. That way you'll et your money's worth while enjoying a clean home.

What if I go away on vacation?

We want you to get the full value of your subscription without any wasted services. Simply let us know ahead of time and we'll happily reschedule those missed cleanings for you.

How do I get my free cleaning visits?

ChirpChirp's ChirpPerks is a bonus bonanza for recurring customers that dishes out a whole month's worth of complimentary cleaning sessions sprinkled throughout the year. The more often you have us clean, the more free cleanings come your way.

Here's the scoop:

Go weekly and you are cleaned four times in most months. But when a month stretches to five weeks, that fifth one on us.

Bi-weekly?  Enjoy two sessions per month typically. Sneaky three-week months? No worries, the third one is our treat.

If you are on the schedule every 4 weeks, revel in one pristine performance eleven out of twelve months but the one where there's two cleanings, the second one is complimentary.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time and should you ever wish to return, we'll be here with open wings to welcome you back.

Who can join the Chirp Chirp rewards program?

Anyone can join our referral program! Whether you’re a current customer, past customer, friend, family member, employee or a fan, we appreciate you spreading the word!

Can my referral just call in?

Yes! Feel free to send them a link to our website or have them call us at (914) 221-6661 and tell them to be sure to tell us that you referred them so we can send you your reward as thank you.

When will the rewards be paid out?

$50 reward. You will receive a notification email that will inform you that your referral booked a cleaning. Once your first referral is cleaned you will a Visa card in the mail in 14 business days. Every referral reward after that will be loaded directly on your card.

What happens if I lose my ChirpChirp Rewards Visa card?

Please keep your card safe. If you lose it, call (914) 221-6661. You will be charged a $10 reissue fee that will be taken out of your card balance.
