  • We provide subscription housecleaning services as described on our website.
  • By booking our services, you acknowledge that we will be granted access to your premises to perform the cleaning.

2. Booking and Payments:
  • To book our services online, you must provide accurate and complete information through our online booking form.
  • If the information provided is inaccurate the pricing may be affected. The size of the home (square footage) should not be less than what is available by public record.
  • The prices for our services are specified on our website or in communication with our company. By booking, you agree to pay the stated amount.
  • Payments are to be made online through our designated payment gateway. We require a deposit or full payment upfront for when signing up for service.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

3. Cancellations and Refunds:
  • If you need to cancel your subscription, you must provide notice before the next billing date to avoid further payments
  • If you want to reschedule a visit, please give us reasonable notice as specified on our website or communicated to you for priority rescheduling on an available date
  • Your subscription includes the visits for the month. You do not receive any refund for the skipped visit.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy as described on our website.

4. Access and Security:
  • You are responsible for providing us with access to the premises at the scheduled cleaning time.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the security of your premises during our service. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from factors beyond our control.

5. Customer Responsibilities:
  • You are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of your premises before our arrival.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your premises, including any special cleaning requirements or hazards.
  • You are responsible for securing or removing valuable or fragile items from areas to be cleaned.

6. Liability and Insurance:
  • We maintain liability insurance to cover damages caused by our negligence or misconduct during the provision of our services.
  • We are not liable for damages to items that are not properly secured, damaged prior to our service, or of extraordinary value.
  • In the event of damages or incidents, please notify us within a reasonable timeframe to allow for investigation and resolution.

What will the cleaning pros do each cleaning visit?

We'll take care of the tasks in the package you choose each and every visit. If you want any additional tasks on some or all visits, let us know and leave the rest to us.

Does the first visit cost more than the other visits?

Absolutely not! At ChirpChirp, all visits cost the same, regardless of whether it's the first, second, or any other visit.

Is the first visit different from the subsequent visits?

Yes, indeed! The first visit with any of our packages comes with a special touch: we go the extra mile by hand washing all the woodwork during the initial visit. Washing the woodwork adds that extra touch of excellence to make your home shine. From the second visit onwards, you'll continue to enjoy the comprehensive cleaning tasks included in your chosen package, all while experiencing the high level of care and attention to detail that we're proud to offer.

If you're looking for a single visit rather than our subscription service, we have a perfect solution for you! How do I get my free cleaning visits?

ChirpChirp's ChirpPerks is a bonus bonanza for recurring customers that dishes out a whole month's worth of complimentary cleaning sessions sprinkled throughout the year. The more often you have us clean, the more free cleanings come your way.

Here's the scoop:

Go weekly and you are cleaned four times in most months. But when a month stretches to five weeks, that fifth one on us.

Bi-weekly?  Enjoy two sessions per month typically. Sneaky three-week months? No worries, the third one is our treat.

If you are on the schedule every 4 weeks, revel in one pristine performance eleven out of twelve months but the one where there's two cleanings, the second one is complimentary.
